How many players do I need to have my own team?

We recommend that you aim for 10 players on your roster. More than 10 is also ok.

I don't know 9 other people that want to play dodgeball. What should I do?

You could do a couple of things.

If you have a few other friends who want to play, you could sign up as a small group. We'll build a team for you with other small groups and free agents.

Rather go it alone? No problem. Sign up as a free agent and we'll place you on a team.

How many players play at once?

There are 6 players per team on the court at the start of each game.

You cannot have more than four players of the same sex on the court. 4 guys, 2 girls; 3 guys 3 girls or 4 girls 2 guys are all acceptable.

How do the games work? Best of three or round robin?

Every team plays 2 matches each night, with a match consisting of 3 games. Win 2 games, you win the match. All 3 games are played regardless of the outcome of the first 2 games.

Are the rules posted on your website anywhere?

Can spectators come to watch the games?

Spectators are welcome and encouraged. Bring friends for moral support, or just to show them what they're missing out on.
